Do you ever feel like savasana just isn’t long enough?! Well, this is your chance to indulge. This yin style class will unwind tension from every part of your body before finishing with a long, luxurious relaxation.
Yin yoga gives you time to go deep into your body. Poses are held for longer periods of time (up to 5 minutes) and movements between poses are slower. This class is a therapeutic one, perfect for enhancing joint mobility and flexibility and for healing the body’s connective tissues.
